There are two ways that Sage Business Accounts access bank feeds, either directly, that is operated by Sage, or via Plaid. It seems that when Plaid provides the feed for credit card, the actual balance spent is shown. However, when Sage provides the feed, the amount shown is the available balance. I understand that there is a choice from the credit card company to choose either the available balance or the actual spend.
