Supplier Part Number in Products

I'm trying to streamline price checking it would be really useful if I could put suppliers part numbers into the products details. Then I could search for them when making a purchase order.

Has a statement been sent to the client

It would be really useful if there was a record showing if a statement has been sent to a customer. Currently get this in SAGE50

Default VAT rates for suppliers

As in Sage50 it would be good to be able to set default VAT rates for suppliers so that for example suppliers that are not VAT registered don't have VAT applied by default.

Page forwards /backwards option at top of page on SAGE ONE Cloud - currently only able to do this from the bottom of each page

Really tiresome having to always scroll to the bottom of the page when a second button at the top would cut scrolling time

Allow more than one tab to be open at one time

In sage 50 you could have several things open at once, i.e. customer list at the same time as preparing sales invoice. Useful when customers pay deposits and you need to reference this on an invoice

Restricted Access

Currently, the summary page is still visible when restricting access to additional users. I want to allow staff to create their own quotes in Sage, without seeing all the additional business information.

Notes on invoice

notes should always appear on face of invoice when there is ample room

Customer Statements to include all activity for month

At present when we process a statement run, the statements issued by email to the customer only show the outstanding transactions and not all transactions for the month. They also do not include a line detailing opening balance.
