It would be good to see quick entries as individual entries, rather than seeing all the invoices that were uploaded in that batch. It can be very confusing.

The description of the invoice is more important than the type of transaction and needs to be seen easily. We currently have to include all the description in the reference to be able to see it at a glance.

I create payment runs from the aged debtors and have to remember if invoices are disputed or I have to check each purchase invoice seperately.

Sometimes an invoice needs a brief description. A row with just a description field would be useful.

Sometimes there are adjustments to invoices but rows are always added to the bottom. The ability to insert or delete rows would be useful.

It would be good to see the total amount paid for purchase invoices for the year to date.

an add invoice tab on this screen would save a lot of time when reconciling a statement. rather than out to add invoice and back to reselect the supplier.

If I enter a payment and type a description under 'details' it does not show in the bank nominal account. Only the payment 'reference' shows. Makes investigating postings difficult and I would have thought this is why the details field exists. Thi...

There is no where to record credit control info. unless you keep a copy in your emails. we would find it easier working with our clients to see a history of what has been sent and when.

Sub-accounts that you can minimize for reporting would be super helpful
